Information

Cosgrove is a small village conveniently situated in the south-eastern corner of Northamptonshire, close to the borders with Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire, and within easy reach of Milton Keynes.  Cosgrove is a picturesque village which has historic links with the Grand Union Canal, which runs through its centre.

The school itself, which was originally built in 1912, is set in more than an acre of its own grounds.  It has been modernised over the years, most notably with the addition of a hall, new offices and reception area in 2010.

There are many areas related to a school which everyone will want to know about. In particular, we know that visitors need to know how we run our school and what the structure is.

Below is the key, important data that is provided to help you.

Admission arrangements

The arrangements for the admission of children into the reception year are made by the admissions sections of the Local Authority. All children are able to apply for a place in the academic year of their fifth birthday. The admissions procedure to county schools is clearly explained on the Northamptonshire County Council website page under applying for a primary school place. All applications for reception year are made online.
